The North Shore Foot and Ankle Physiotherapy practice is about to undergo some changes, mostly aesthetic, to coincide with the opening of a new premises at the Cnr of Corrie and Pittwater Roads in North Manly and a desire to not be limited in scope by the name of this practice. All going well the new location will be up and running within the next few weeks. Until then you can still attend the clinic at 59 Thomas Street North Manly
The St Leonard’s clinic, currently located on the 4th floor of North Shore Private Hospital will remain in the same location within the Foot and Ankle Clinic working alongside Professor Martin Sullivan. The name of the clinic however will change from North Shore Foot and Ankle Physiotherapy to Shore Physiotherapy to reflect a complete treatment scope but with a strength on the foot and ankle given the history of the practice.
Apart from the name change and the clinic relocation at North Manly, I have also taken a part time roll with the Manly Sea Eagles looking after their junior representative sides. This is a seasonal venture which provides valuable experience in the treatment and follow up of acute traumatic and overuse injuries while allowing time to dedicate to the smooth running of the practice.
